Redemption
Yes, you can purchase the Sunny Diamonds Products using the Actual amount paid.
In case you do not redeem your DFE amount, The DFE account will consider as closed at the end of 12 th month.(The 70% gift value of the first instalment only applicable for the product purchase of 12 th Month only).
In case of death of the enrolling individual can purchasing products of Sunny Diamonds on 12 months. The nominee has to submit required documents to transfer the DFE.
You can redeem from online and offline channels of our company
You need to pay 11 months to enjoy the gift amount, i.e, 70% of the First Instalment .

In the event of the death of the account holder, the account is transferable only to the person who is nominated by the account holder in the enrolment form at the time of opening the account. Minors cannot be nominated.
Yes, you will receive the confirmation via Email, SMS and will be provided access to Online Passbook (Dashboard) to check your payments, status, instalments paid, due dates etc.
There are multiple payment options=> Net banking, Credit & Debit Cards.
The first instalment will be paid during the time of enrolling, the payment cycle for the next instalment will be 30 days from the first.
Yes ,you will get the confirmation on the Online Passbook, SMS, Email for every instalment.
Yes, you will get Email, SMS reminders before the monthly due date.
If Payment is delayed for greater than 2 instalments, 70% of the special discount will be deducted. (Basically, you will not be eligible for special discount).
